These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of products, apps, websites, and services provided by HungryAI LLC, including Balencio, DreamableAI, PromptIQ, and any future offerings. By using any HungryAI service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Parents and guardians are responsible for minor users.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining control of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for any illegal or harmful activity. You must not upload copyrighted content you do not own, attempt to break or bypass security, or disrupt service operations.
User Content and AI-Generated Content
